قدمنا في هذا الفيديو واحدة من أقوى انطلاقات شركات الإسكان العقارية، حيث عملنا على إبراز الصورة الحقيقية للمشروع الذي اتسم بالذوق الرفيع، وذلك من خلال تقديم بداية قوية ( انترو ) يعبّر تمامًا عن المستوى الاحترافي لهذا الإسكان.
أيضًا، حرصنا على إظهار مالك مشروع " إسكان الأمعري " السيد غيث الأمعري في هذه الانطلاقة، بصورة مختلفة وغير نمطية، حيث انعكست صورته وأداؤه على ذات المشروع.

متى كانت آخر مرة شاهدت فيها فيديو إعلاني لامس شيئًا ما بداخلك؟
في هذا المشروع قررنا تجربة شيء جديد، بروح جديدة، عملنا على إبراز الرّقي الذي تميّزت به مساكن الأمعري، باختيار لقطات عبّرت عن الفن الهندسي للإسكان.
كما تم العمل جيدًا على إيجاد الشخصية والموسيقى المناسبتين لتطبيق هذه الفكرة، وإنتاج فيديو يعكس هوية المشروع.

بدلًا من فيديوهات العيد المستهلكة، أحببنا كفريق لُب الخروج بفكرة جديدة، حاكت قصة طفلة تبحث عن كعك العيد داخل المطبخ، وفي أثناء بحثها يبرز للمشاهد التفاصيل الجمالية والخفية لواحد من المشاريع المتقنة للمجموعة الإيطالية.
